Do you know that there’s this universal agreement that in order to have a successful career, you’ll have to sacrifice? While this is true across Western society, it’s especially rampant in Fortune 500 companies. As a transformational coach, I offer a unique approach to help visionary creatives & leaders achieve their Dream Job in a Year (or less). Unlike other career coaches, my method ensures success without sacrificing personal life, avoiding the regrets that often come with career advancement. My journey began leading some of the biggest volume-generating categories for global brands like Nike and Adidas. Even after building a multi-6-figure design consultancy, I found myself sacrificing time with my family and my well-being for my clients. Despite my successes, I felt a void. All that changed when my daughter faced a devastating autoimmune crisis, and I chose to walk away from my 20+ year design career. I finally had to learn to source my value and worth from something other than short-lived external accomplishments. Years of healing work led me to a series of transcendental awakenings that piqued my curiosity. I studied and got certified in multiple modalities. Now, I support visionary creatives and leaders get their Dream Job in a Year (or less) without sacrifices and regrets. My personal experience is why I'm so passionate about helping other creatives achieve their highest career aspirations without sacrificing their health, authenticity, and well-being. I am a woman-centered Transformational Coach and Facilitator, trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Energy Leadership Coach (CPC), specialized in Transitions (CTDS) and Leadership (CLDS) Dynamics.I'm a member of the ICF (International Coach Foundation) and a founding member and graduate of the Institute for Women-Centered Coaching, Training, and Leadership.I believe that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. I believe humans are creators. I believe designers can cultivate the superpower to tap into unlimited inspiration, creativity, and innovation. I believe time is the most precious resource, and less is more. I believe that we live in an abundant universe and that there is enough money and resources in the universe for all humans to be wealthy, nourished, and free. I believe that it is our responsibility as conscious leaders to become rich AF so we can support and lift up those who can't.I also founded Koryphae, a high-vibrational clothing brand for conscious women, produced and sourced in the most sustainable and ethical way possible by artisans in India.
