I am currently working as a study coordinator and my goals are carefully conducting clinical trials and protecting the rights of trial subjects ensuring safety, data quality and their rights along with site team. My tasks include organizing, planning, monitoring and overseeing the set-up, progress and conduct of clinical trials. I strive proactively to ensure integrity of the data collected, confidentiality of the trial subjects and ensuring a well-trained and knowledgeable site team on their role in the protocol. Regarding administrative tasks I work to keep updated the source documents and investigator study files properly; I ensure the training of clinical staff to adequately obtain the informed consent of each participant and the updated ICG-GCP training, reporting SAE cases, entering clinical data of different vendors, managing study supplies, investigational product accountability, storage and dispensation to each participant according to protocol, local laws and according to ICH-GCP standards.I give supporting to monitoring visits, close out phase and post study drug supply along with a representative monitor of each sponsor.I am adaptable to a changing environment with a focus on managing time well and solving problems following the timeframe and meeting commitments. I care about maintaining the information and knowledge necessary for teams to carry out a good clinical study following the research protocol.
