More recently, I've worked with sales to provide technical support through all sales stages, from customer discovery to delivery hand-off, while designing detailed RFID solutions for each prospect with accompanying pricing proposals. At the same time I facilitated the Company’s sales strategies and software product development by defining RFID tag application best practices for the Company’s desired vertical markets, creating new templates and customer-facing documentation for available software packages, and conducting solution board meetings to further develop and improve the existing software product.I've also managed projects ranging from small quantity custom jobs to large scale production runs with teams of up to 13 people including engineers, bench technicians and assemblers.
