-Analyzed the possible programmatic gaps with Transition Medicine patients that are in process of aging-out of Texas Children’s. Specifically looking into diagnoses and age to better understand the barriers the patients, which will allow us to create programs to close gaps in care.​-Researched behavioral health start-up companies with the innovation team and evaluated each company based on their potential to be successful at TCH and how their platform could be beneficial to our patients. Based on our research, we were able to present our recommendations to the innovation team for further analysis. ​-Helped address a main concern of the flu vaccine clinic by reviewing the standing delegation order (SDO) compliance data to show which departments are non compliant. ​-Partnered with project managers and validated rooms to ensure the accuracy of room utilization during an event, which supported TCH’s emergency preparedness procedures. ​-Pull financials for the Epilepsy Expansion Program to show a FY-19 YTD of how that program has grown and look to compare the epilepsy providers for billing performance, then compiled it in a slide deck to present to executives overseeing the program.​-Reviewed all applications, and held initial screenings for Fall 2021 intern candidates.
