I am a results-driven dedicated Senior Manager/Team Leader with solid experience of structured finance in investment banks and start-up and restructuring of local real estate department.I covered the role of responsible for the origination of real estate structured finance for some International banks and for the management of debt restructuring including sale of assets or debt for non-performing loans.I was CEO in a special purpose company for the management of a trading real estate portfolio.I worked in the Italian Executive Office of an International Bank for the management and co-ordination of the business, strategy, KPIs and financial delivery of the Branch.I also managed, for a foreign Bank, the completion of the wind-down process of the Italian branch which included dismissal of products, assets, clients offboarding, change management culture implementation and people exit through social plan negotiated with Unions.I am a path finder with experience of working in global teams and having the managerial and organizational skills to handle complex projects.
