-Tasked with all responsibilities to open, develop, and manage a new office for TQL.-Managed all aspects of running an independent self-sustained office including: recruiting, marketing, inventory, facilities, purchasing, onboarding process, sales training programs and timeline, leadership development programs, performance coaching, major account acquisition and development, and team revenue production and growth.-Managed P&L in excess of $50M.-Cultivated the office from 11 to 85+ headcount in two years while maintaining $430/week/employee Brokerage Revenue above average.-Conducted and was final decision maker for 300+ interviews for sales, operations, and recruiter applicants.-Launched and was responsible for P&L of a second fully-functioning office faster than any other city.-Lead initiative creating, developing, and piloting new Remote Employee program to alleviate personnel challenges for offices with less favorable hiring markets. Program is now adopted company-wide; saving hundreds of thousands of dollars for TQL, and addressing hiring needs more efficiently.-Developed Atlanta’s office-specific sales training program and timeline; now used as a template for new office’s sales training.-Assisted in landing key national accounts.-Was nominated for, and won multiple workplace awards.

Managed a staff of 25+ Logistics Account Executives, Trainees, and Logistics Coordinators.

-Built a successful account through cold-calling; with experience selling to C-Suite.
