Customer quality engineer with a focus on managing international customer claims, problems and also relationship. Preparation of Technical documents and reports required from the customer, organization of meetings for root cause analysis with production team; writing of documents for new product on the line (PPAP) and management of data for IMDS in cooperation with new projects department. Preparation to Customer and ISO TS audit for certification in the plant. During my academic studies in Chemical and sustainable processes engineering I acquired the knowledge in using technical software such as Aspen Plus and Ansys Fluent and my skills. In February 2015 I had my professional practice exam.In addition to my professional skills acquired during my job and academic experience, I’m a person with a strong will to learn new things and have new challenges. My life experiences and some courses in the past improved my natural skill for the problem solving activities, to work in team and my planning skills.
