As a specialization, it involves the use of theatrical techniques to enable participants to enact scenarios from their past, present, or future, providing them with the opportunity to understand and transform their experiences.As a trainer in this field, I am learning to facilitate these sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can express their emotions, confront their challenges, and develop new perspectives. My role involves guiding participants through various psychodramatic techniques, which help them gain deeper self-awareness and emotional healing.Classical Psychodrama offers a unique and dynamic way to foster psychological well-being and personal growth.
