Offering technical support and supervision to the local event organisers of the annual European University Beach Volleyball championships; managing technical staff; extensively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels; heading technical meetings; assisting in the evaluation of future event bids; and conceptualising and designing the EUSA Beach Volleyball Handbook.

Fundraising project to raise funds for the LIGHTFIT project – a health and well-being program designed and executed by Making a Move (www.makingamove.com.au) for the disadvantaged homeless youth of the Lighthouse Foundation in Melbourne, Australia. The LIGHTFIT project’s main objectives are the improvement of the mental and physical health and the instilment of self-confidence of the Lighthouse members through the successful completion of a (major) sports project and attainment of an personal significant and extraordinary achievement; and the creation of a sense of belonging and responsibility through the identification with a team working toward a common goal.Realised during my MBA exchange semester in Hawaii / USA, with the objectives to role-model the LIGHTFIT's project’s idea (set a challenging goal; commit and train for it; and successfully see it through/complete it); whilst also raising funds to get the LIGHTFIT project started after the completion of my studies and my return to Australia. Managing media & communication matters of the Swiss Winteruniversiade delegations - approx. 100 athletes and support staff - from 2004-2013: delivering daily trilingual information to a broad stakeholder range including the department of sports and defense, national and international sports bodies, media partners, sponsors, supporters and universities; managing the media team: journalists, photographers and translators; designing the visual team identity, marketing collateral, final reports and sponsoring documentations; developing media and event crisis communication concepts; liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally including media staff, athletes & support staff, referees, medical staff, event personnel and political VIPs from various cultures and with different demographics.

Management of 100+ group fitness instructors and seven group fitness facilities across three leisure centres. Design and evaluation of the group fitness timetables comprising 180+ classes per week for 5000 patrons. Minimum service delivery of 99% of all classes. Implementation of new events and fitness programs. Restructure, development and implementation of performance measurement tools to optimise and streamline processes.

Planning and implementation of a sports and leisure program for 6000 students, academics and staff, including 160 classes per week in 60 different sports. Management and supervision of 120 instructors, trainers and gym staff and support with their continued education. Extensive stakeholder management and collaboration with external sport facility partners and sport clubs. Restructure of the public sports lecture program. Revision of sponsoring and marketing concepts. Implementation of health initiatives for university staff. Organsiation and coaching of university sports teams during national and international championships. Additional roles within both national and European university sports associations SHSV & EUSA.
