Executive Manager Assistant to CEOs at Robert Bosch S.p.A. (Bosch Italia)I led out into my job carrier working in the advertising environment.In 1998 I entered the Bosch Group in Italy and thanks to the Bosch internal job rotation method I worked for several years as Assistant in the Thermotechnic Commercial Division and in the Finance, Legal and Corporate Services, having thus the opportunity to gain a complete vision of the Company structure. As for the next step in my professional path, in 2003, I became Assistant to the CEO, role in which I am still performing with great commitment and passion.Since 2015 I am one of the Bosch Ambassadors and Tutors in Allenarsi per il Futuro: a project developed by Bosch Italia consisting in a series of initiatives aimed at guiding and inspiring young people towards their professional future. I was selected among all Italian Bosch Associates, to be one of the 14 Brand Ambassadors acting in the first commercial for Bosch Italia.Besides my job activities, for more than 10 years I am part of Secretary,it, the Italian community and assistant network, which gathers more than 9500 members all over Italy, strongly supporting its mission to enhence the strategic role of Assistants in business organisations.In may 2013 I received, from the community, the award “Assistant of the year” having developed the topic: the Manager Assistant reputation. Since 2016 I am one of the Role Brand Ambassadors of this community.In April 2020 I was named one of the top 50 Assitants in the country by the Italian magazine Capital.I am an Ambassador-to-be of Parole O_Stili - a social awareness project against the use of hostile language.
