Dr. Daniela Ferdico is a global leader in inclusion and accessibility working in the events, music and travel industries creating inclusion and accessibility through her non-profit Sensory Access. She holds multiple graduate degrees, including a doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology - the intersection of brain and function. She is passionate about the inclusion of those with Hidden Disabilities such as Autism and other sensory disabilities, and co-founded the non-profit Sensory Access in 2017 with her daughter Isabella. Dr Ferdico and Sensory Access work world-wide increasing accessibility for neuroduvergent individuals at large-scale events, concert tours, theatrical productions, museums and even small towns.Dr Ferdico also leads a neurodevelopmental diagnostic practice and loves using technology to expand accessibility for individuals with access requirements. She is a frequent speaker and contributor worldwide about accessibility, inclusion and Neurodiversity.Neurodivergent herself, she holds a unique personal and clinical perspective of the accommodations, best-practices, and changes needed to make an event or venue more accessible to Neurodivergent consumers.
