I am responsible for the midstream and downstream team in Talanza. We specialized in the analysis of natural gas and liquids markets, and on the implementation of processes to guarantee regulatory compliance, as well as supply, demand, and infrastructure review for each of our client’s energy projects.

Responsible for the implementation of financial support strategies for compliance with Social Government Programs focused on the attention of vulnerable groups. Finally, I highlight the standardization of databases, the execution of strict validation controls (identification of duplicate beneficiaries, consistency between data, among others). Also, I was the liaison with the institutions in charge of the Social Government Programs such as the Ministry of Welfare (Secretaría del Bienestar), the Ministry of Agrarian, Territorial and Urban Development (SEDATU), the National Housing Commission (CONAVI), among others.

Responsible for the design and development of studies focused on Mexico's current circumstances from the perspective of the economic sector. For example, analysis to estimate the impact of the decrease in fuel availability, the diagnosis of the railroad sector at a national level, its implications, and areas of opportunity, to name a few. I was in charge of coordinating the State Office’s activities and designing the proposal for the restructuring of these Offices according to the objectives of austerity in the use of public resources.

Responsible for the design and implementation of public policies aimed at developing a natural gas market that allows greater use of this fuel in all economical sectors and states of the republic. To achieve this goal, we designed collaboration strategies for the development of high-level projects with relevant players such as Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), the National Hydrocarbons Commission, the National Center for Natural Gas Control (CENAGAS), the National Center for Energy Control (CENACE), among others.

I developed and implemented coordination mechanisms with the different areas of the Undersecretariat to respond to the needs of the Undersecretary in terms of information for appearances, presentation of indicators, interviews, and press conferences, to name a few. I was responsible for the design and development of specialized diagnostics; These studies had a national and international scope, and in some cases presented by the Undersecretary to his peers in international forums such as CERAWeek, Energy Mexico, JOGMEC, among others.

Responsible for proposing public policies focused on the development of the natural gas market. The elaboration of the document "Public Policy for the Implementation of the Natural Gas Market" stands out; that describes the actions that different organisms of the sector must carry out, as well as the development of negotiation strategies for the workshops with the main actors of the industry to develop said actions. I participated in the design and implementation of specific activities for the development of natural gas infrastructure to increase energy security and, therefore, the coverage of this fuel throughout the country. In particular, I was responsible for the supervision and elaboration of the feasibility study for the construction of social-coverage pipelines on the routes "Salina Cruz (Oaxaca) - Tapachula (Chiapas)" and "Lázaro Cárdenas (Michoacán) - Acapulco (Guerrero)."

Responsible for the development and coordination of consulting projects on regulatory ease for local governments nationwide, such as the states of Chiapas, Puebla, and Jalisco, to name a few. In addition to the above, I was responsible for the gathering of information focused on the development of the Doing Business Indicator, activity developed with the World Bank staff.

Responsible for preparing specialized diagnoses for the implementation of programs related to guaranteeing the rights of children and teenagers. For example, I developed a statistical analysis based on surveys on child labor, in collaboration with the International Labor Organization.
