Main roles: - Recruitment & Selection, Executive Search and Specialized Outsourcing services provided to large companies in the national and international market (Belgium, Birmingham and Germany).- Profiles recruited: Agile, IT, Engineering, Business Support, Sales Force and Industry & Logistics;- Consulting in HR Management, with client companies;- Career architecture services;- Assistance to the Marketing Department;- Implementation of 2 innovative projects in the company: Happy Hu (Program dedicated to training companies in the field of Happiness at work) and Grow Hu (Program dedicated to mentoring and career management services).

Main roles: - Coordination of Recruitment and Selection processes of all the logistics centers (Azambuja, Palmela, Aveleda and Coimbra);- Psychological assessment tests in the Recruitment and Selection processes;- Development of the “Happiness Management” project;- Team Building activities;- Onboarding trainings;- Workshops on Emotional Intelligence in a business context;- Contract Management;- Performance evaluations.
