Responsible to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, these include, but are not limited to, customer support (online and in-person), retail sales, bookkeeping, organise home-deliveries and keeping the social media channels up to date.Throughout the years I have consistently supported the business via virtual assistance, with periods of working full time at the shop.
