-Directed the enrollment and marketing teams during periods of rapid expansion, facilitating the district's growth from 2100 to nearly 3000 students, including the addition of a new campus in Pflugerville from 2021 to 2023.-Developed the Advocacy and Family Resources team through community partnerships, increasing its service from approximately 25 families in 2020 to currently serving over 100 families per week with essential resources such as groceries and access to services. This program received the Community Champion Award from GAHCC in 2023.-Led the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, including the implementation of bias training for instructional staff and the diversification of the board of directors.

-Established the district's Pre-K program, which expanded from 80 students in 2019 to over 300 in 2024. This program was recognized as an HEB Excellence In Education Finalist in 2022.
