• Planning, developing, and concurrently executing 6 projects in biomedical science, previously approved by the ethics committee. Over the course of a 2-year period, I authored 9 scientific articles in the field of neuroendocrinology, with 2 of them as an authorship.• Planning and writing a human research project (Clinical Trial) consistently aligning with the guidelines and specifications of the Brazil ethics committees.• Standardization of experimental protocols for an in-house ELISA, a method previously unused in the laboratory, to measure three hormones: LH, FSH and prolactin.• Processing and critical analysis of data. Writing of scientific articles and reports in both Portuguese and English language. Furthermore, I published the results of my research at conferences in Brazil and abroad. • Supervising one trainee, offering support in project development, report writing, data analysis, and providing guidance and supervision for data presentation at conferences.

• Planning, developing, and executing a research project on neuroendocrinology adhering to approved protocols by the local ethics committee. In addition, I had the opportunity to act as a visiting researcher in a prestigious laboratory in New Zealand. This experience abroad involved collaborating with international researchers, receiving ethics training, and managing experiments for 7 months.• Standardization of experimental protocols for serial blood sample collection and an in-house ELISA, including measure two pituitary hormones never before performed in the laboratory.• Processing and critical analysis of data obtained in projects of my own. Writing of scientific articles and reports in both Portuguese and English language. Furthermore, I published the results of my research at conferences, an effort that has merited me one award.• I managed budgets for research-related products, enhancing resource management skills in response to budget limitations.• To enhance the results of my project I took the initiative to implement, install, and set up an inhalation anesthesia system for laboratory animals. Subsequently, this anesthesia technique became a novel addition for the laboratory.• Supervising two master's researchers, providing support in project development, experiment planning, and guidance for scientific reports and data presentations at conferences.

In addition, provided me high ability and dynamic to manage time and tasks.• Member of research evaluation committee, with evaluation of more than 25 research studies by undergraduate students in the in the field of health sciences.• Event organizer acting as the executing team.

• Responsible for teaching preparatory classes for public of health professionals. Construction and planning of more than one health subjects such as Public Health Policies and SUS Legislation• Classes were similar to a public speech in an auditorium (250-300 people). The large number of professionals required the use of a microphone and public speaking techniques.

• Throughout this time, I acquired proficiency in the standard laboratory procedures, including the measurement of hormones using commercial ELISA and molecular analysis through RT-PCR.• I started writing scientific reports in the English language and delivering research results through public presentations.
