Manage recruiters, specific assignment delegation for lower level roles as well as screening and sourcing for executive level positions. Partnering with the business and HR partners to provide full cycle recruiting services for a major business line at AIG, including a small team of recruiters who support Latin America & Caribbean within the Americas.
