Daniel is a Certified Professional Integral Coach®, experienced facilitator and Director and Managing Partner of both the Centre for Coaching (Switzerland) and CfC Consulting (Europe). He is passionate about catalysing leaders to unleash their inner potential in order to meet their goals while developing confidence, connection and authentic leadership. His passion and talents for developing others lead him to also be a teacher and mentor on the coach training programmes run by the Centre for Coaching, as well as running in-house coaching and mentoring workshops, Coaching Circles and leadership development interventions for blue-chip clients all over the world. In addition, he supports organisations in the design and implementation of leadership, coaching and mentoring interventions on both local and global levels.Daniel spent the first 15 years of his career progressing swiftly within a multinational corporate context, holding positions as Director and ExCo member and heading up strategic crossfunctional task-forces, successfully navigating the complexity and thriving in multicultural and multi-disciplinary environments.After these first 15 years, Daniel then decided to devote his attention and passion to entrepreneurial ventures and coaching, where he went on to found and direct Le News, an Anglophone media for Switzerland, and then spearheaded the set-up and successful expansion of the Centre for Coaching in Europe.
