My passion for marketing, hunger for success, and innovative thinking have seen me succeed in my previous roles as Marketing and Business Development Coordinator.With a proven track record in achieving sales targets and implementing effective marketing campaigns, I have developed an in-depth understanding of the International Education industry as well as the management of internal and external stakeholders to ensure targets and business goals are achieved. I have spent the last three years as a Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator at Language Links International and Academies Australasia Group. This experience has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of the international education sector. As part of my role, I design and implement annual strategic plans to achieve business targets and KPIs. I am proud to highlight that I have exceeded business sales targets and increased the institution’s market participation in Western Australia.Overall, my previous experience in the sector has allowed me to develop a keen eye for detail when collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders. Earlier in my career, I worked as an Educational Counsellor and Portfolio Manager, so I am also capable of executing strategic sales plans, organising and coordinating events, conducting market research, managing client relationships, and building excellent rapport with them. Client satisfaction is always my top priority, and I am willing to put in the time and effort it takes to achieve whatever goals they have set.
