As Chief Information Officer at Vodlo, I played an instrumental role in steering high-profile customer implementations and leading the innovation and project development of the Vodlo Cloudmito platform. My responsibilities were comprehensive, encompassing business management functions, and I reported directly to the board.I was entrusted with coordinating the development and integration of specialised retail and record management software in large-scale projects across the Asia Pacific. These efforts were crucial in handling and maintaining sensitive information. Collaborating closely with clients, I ensured seamless integration of systems at an enterprise level, vigilantly maintaining compliance with PCIDSS, ISO, and other security standards. My commitment to excellence and attention to detail helped forge a path for secure and efficient operations. The insights and experience gained in this role have strongly contributed to my success in subsequent positions.

FuseCreations was a software development firm that specialised in creating mobile apps just as mobile app stores were first launched. Initially focusing on educational apps, we later expanded to enterprise projects. In May 2012, FuseCreations and its digital document management platform were acquired by Vodlo, a transition that led to my next position.
