Industrial floor mat manufacturing company servicing customers on 4 continents. Responsible for improving efficiencies and reducing defects for the manufacturing facility in Suwanee, GA.

Led operations of the primary supplier of interior, exterior and patio doors to retail customersin GA, SC, NC, TN and AL. Held P&L responsibility of $50M+ facility supporting divisional and corporate goals. Managed 220,000 ft2 operation employing up to 100 employees in the areas of customer service, scheduling, production, manufacturing, warehousing, purchasing and environment health and safety.• Reduced Direct Labor by 35% by evaluating, improving processes and creating standard work.• Championed the deployment of Lean Sigma.• Reduced total COQ by 47%.• Increased EBITDA from 3.2% to 19.6%.• Increased special order fill rate from 70% to 94%, while reducing special order lead time from 10 to 7 days.• Decreased stock lead time from 9 to 6 days.• Reduced inventory by $6.3M or 69%.
