Planned and preventive physical activity as a means to develop, preserve and assure the autonomy of the elderly in the long term.Challenge: provide an integral solution that helps seniors to keep their functional capabilities so as to improve their quality of life. Co-founder of Baila Pirinola, an engaging social project that looks for seniors' physical, emotional and mental well-being. I embarked on a one-year initiative to promote an active aging through a physical stimulation tool based on dancing therapy and technological principles. This joint project was developed in partnership with La Casa del Abue Puebla in order to drive greater impact. I got involved in every design phase that the project entailed:- Ethnographic research.- Ideation phase.- Product conceptualization.- Prototyping.- Testing.- Implementation.In addition, I was responsible not only for managing and planning each weekly dancing session for a group of 20 older adults, but also for teaching them.

Founder of Nueva Esperanza, a social initiative that seeks to empower the elderly through technological, financial and entrepreneurial training programmes that provide them with the skills to face both current and future global challenges.This initiative, driven by a customer-centric approach and the opportunities to test new market models, was scaled to diverse nursing homes in the city of Puebla. For this end, I conducted the research from scratch, developed the business model and positioning strategies, as well as built relations with stakeholders.

As technical and administrative support of the 3D Printing Laboratory, I responded to ITESM´s demand to implement a more efficient and integral service for its academic community. For this purpose, I assumed an active role in planning and managing internal practices that included 2D and 3D machine operation -laser scanner, laser cutter, 3D printers (SLA/ABSplus and FDM/Tethonite ceramic powder)-, support and delivery of customer requirements in time -cost analysis, CAD analysis, finishing processes-, training, generation of operation manuals and infographics according standards and specifications, among others.
