I was engaged by White Plains Hospital as a contracted agent responsible for managing appointments for multiple doctor's offices. My primary responsibility involved scheduling and rescheduling doctor's appointments, in addition to facilitating communication with patients regarding insurance and addressing various office-related inquiries pertaining to their healthcare provider. This role necessitated the utilization of strong communication skills while interacting with the entire medical staff per office.
