Dan is a private practitioner currently based in Roxas City, Capiz. He currently focuses on civil and criminal litigation, labor, land disputes, estate settlement, and general corporate law. Dan obtained his degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines Visayas in 2015, where he graduated Cum Laude and proceeded to the University of the Philippines College of Law in Diliman where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2019. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020.Before his private practice in Roxas City, Capiz, Dan was a lawyer at Gatmaytan Yap Patacsil Gutierrez & Protacio (C&G Law), a Makati-based law firm, and a member firm of the Rajah & Tann Asia (Southeast Asia’s largest legal network). During his tenure at C&G Law, he advised local and foreign clients on issues involving Philippine labor and corporate laws. He was also actively involved in the litigation and dispute resolution practice of C&G Law.
