I am a Director in the Golf Holiday, Corporate Hospitality and Events industries. After completing my degree in Nottingham, I returned back to Hertfordshire and began my career as a Golf Tour Operator. Starting work at French Golf Holidays and progressing into GolfPlanet Holidays, I learnt the trade and constantly grew my knowledge about golf courses and resorts in the UK, across Europe and further afield through training and famtrips. In September 2008, I moved to Leisure Link Golf Holidays to take control of the Sales team, grow the overseas and inbound programmes and grow the events market. Through management of B2B relationships and the correct recruitment, Leisure Link achieved sales growth above industry averages and was awarded multiple outbound and inbound industry awards including the prestigious World Golf Awards five times. In 2017, I left Leisure Link Golf Holidays and set up Hashtag Travel Group. Away from the office, I enjoy playing rugby for Hertford RFC and getting onto the golf course as much as I possibly can (my handicap of 8 however never seems to drop). I am a long-standing member of Great Dunmow Round Table helping raise large sums of money for local good causes and was Chairman in 2013 playing an instrumental role in organising the 50th anniversary celebrations. Finally, I love to travel to different parts of the world and experiencing different cultures.
