I have spent the previous six years as a Capital Project Manager for a local real estate investment company. During this time, I came to realize my true passion is in buying and selling homes. I utilize my prior experience to analyze each purchase from an investment perspective. With my unique background in this industry, I offer the perfect balance between a traditional and a modern approach to finding and market homes. Partnering with Coldwell Banker and Bain, I provide my clients with a strong network, cutting-edge technology, and a great reputation, ensuring a positive experience during the most important transaction of their lives.

My role with DSB is to execute the management, planning and budgeting for their investment property portfolio. I coordinate the implementation of all capital improvements, renovations and tenant turnover during a property reposition. Currently, I’m managing operations for multi-family, retail, office and mixed-use properties in both King and Snohomish Counties. These properties encompass approximately 100 multi-family units and over 150,000 square feet of office and retail space. I work directly with our owner, employees, contractors, and vendors to increase the value of the overall DSB Portfolio.

While working at 10 Inc, I held several positions. I began as a sales representative for companies such as DirecTV, CenturyLink and Verizon. Based on my performance, I was promoted to Senior Corporate Trainer and was responsible for recruiting, managing, and leading a sales team of 10 people. Finally, I served as Assistant Manager, training multiple sales teams from different states and managing the Bellevue office. This role also involved heading an experimental sales campaign that would allow our company to market products in big box stores such as Walmart and Best Buy.
