  Working closely with senior stakeholders, I am responsible for coordinating and maximising the efficient delivery of high-quality work on a timely basis, for large scale clients within Public Interest Entities (PIE); clients with 750+ employees or an annual turnover of at least £750 million.As well as a managing a UK-wide network of c.100 FTE, across 10 regional offices, I am also responsible for utilising an overseas resource network of c.30 FTE, working UK business hours from our delivery centres in India and the Philippines. Due to the nature of the clients in Public Interest, there is also a stringent requirement for risk management and data accuracy, including the correct training and certifications of team members, conflict of interest restrictions, etc.I report directly to senior stakeholders and manage the overall tracking of our business/client portfolio nationally, and ensuring we are able to deliver at key dates for each, whilst ensuring our human capital is as profitable as possible.As part of these conversations I regularly present data/MI on profitability margins, utilisation, and performance vs budget, using Excel and/or PowerBI.
