Working for Interconnect Workflow platform. Tasks:Writes user stories and prioritizes them during Backlog grooming sessions, adjusting the stories to the needs of the clients, using feedback provided by the Product Managers and Business Units.Defines priorities, goals and deliveries, identifies risks and opportunities for each of the products assigned. Calculates and maintains metrics related to agility, for example: velocity and capacity of the agile squad.

- Create and maintain pipelines for Continuous Integration and deployment in higher environments using Jenkins.- Upgrade the deployed applications to the new versions developed during the quarter, and apply security measures in higher environments (update SSL certificates, apply security patches, etc.)- Keep metrics for SLAs on time, by quickly resolving problems in the applications deployed.- Coordinate deployments of the new software versions on higher environments and create Change requests tickets in ServiceNow.- Participate on shifts for Production Incidents Support, giving L3 support.- Monitor services status using appDynamics, Apica and Datadog.

In charge to manage and resolve defects in the applications of the Interconnect platform, which are reported in JIRA.- Create hotfix patches and fix configuration files for the different products of the Interconnect platform.- Coordinate and lead the Product Support team, helping in the problem resolution.- Create and maintain dashboards for metrics related to defect solving. Configure SLAs in JIRA Service Desk plugin.- Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with internal clients, in order to improve communication between teams and help establish priorities regarding the current issues.- Provide continuous training to Product Support team members and Business Units, in regards to how to follow the Product Support flow for issue reporting and knowledge transfer on how to use the products for the Interconnect platform.- Define and document the Product Support flow and make incremental improvements to it.

Developing algorithms for image processing in C++, applied to monitoring different processes in the mining industry, for example: damage and objects detection.
