CurrentReporting to the Commercial Director, I deal with consolidating and developing already open markets in all the Spanish speaking countries, North Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania. I also improve sales of existing customers, make market and competitors analysis and have a strict relationship with the Service department in order to grant an efficient after sale service to my customers. Here below… Show more Reporting to the Commercial Director, I deal with consolidating and developing already open markets in all the Spanish speaking countries, North Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania. I also improve sales of existing customers, make market and competitors analysis and have a strict relationship with the Service department in order to grant an efficient after sale service to my customers. Following key-clients and managing directional relationships are also among my duties. Here below the main points that run my everyday schedule- prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers- Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues for processes - Arrange the collection of payments- Make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries- Attend trade shows and exhibitions- Constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management- Make suggestions to improve products based on the feedback received from the customers Show less
