As a Corporate Recruiter I supported all recruiting efforts (both domestic and abroad) as well as supporting with general Human Resources needs.Some of my responsibilities are:• Conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews with candidates for all positions within Taylor Guitars here in the USA, Mexico, and Amsterdam.• Scheduling of Skills Testing based of interview results.• Conduct new hires follow up meetings with all new hires.• Participation in Career Fairs.• Create Employment Opportunities documents (English and Spanish) to post internally and externally.• Maintain “Recruiting Invoice” spreadsheets for accurate record keeping.• Maintain annual “Hiring” spreadsheet with new hire information.• Assist with creating and updating job descriptions.• Track the success rate of all potential candidates interested in employment with Taylor Guitars.• Travel to Tecate, Mexico to interview candidates for Maquiladora positions.• Translations of documents from English to Spanish and vice-versa.• Manage the social media pages of Taylor Guitars Careers.• Create, plan and execute the first career fair held at our Tecate Manufacturing Plant which attracted over 500 potential employees.• Manage and train both the Recruiting Assistant in El Cajon, CA and Recruiting Coordinator in Tecate, MX.• Participate and lead weekly recruiting meetings with production managers.If you are interested in employment with Taylor Guitars please visit their career page at https://www.taylorguitars.com/about/careers.
