Business Procedures Analyst
Current- In this role, I’m responsible for managing and facilitating the business continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of business processes and systems.Key responsibilities:
- Analyse current business processes, workflows and procedures to identify obstacles,inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alterworkflows and resolve organisational problems.
- Conduct process audits, creating process documentation and guidelines, includingstandard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.
- Assist in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement and ensuring smooth transitions.
