I handle record-keeping, ensuring all meeting minutes, event details, and member information are accurately documented and easily accessible. Scheduling is a big part of my job, so I coordinate meetings, events, and activities, making sure everyone is informed and things go off without a hitch. Communication is key, so I act as the main point of contact for internal updates, ensuring all members are in the loop. I also ensure that our fraternity complies with national and chapter policies, as well as university regulations. Administrative support is another area I cover, assisting the President and other officers with tasks like preparing reports and managing correspondence. Lastly, I help plan and organize events, taking care of all logistical details to ensure everything runs smoothly. My role is crucial in maintaining the fraternity's efficiency and effectiveness.

As the Director of Service and Philanthropy for my fraternity, my main responsibilities include organizing and overseeing all community service projects and philanthropic events. I coordinate with local organizations to find volunteer opportunities and ensure our members are actively participating in giving back to the community. I also plan fundraising events to support our chosen charities, manage the budget for these activities, and track our service hours. Additionally, I work to inspire and motivate my fraternity brothers to engage in service and philanthropy, fostering a culture of giving and making a positive impact. One way I have done so was by coordinating our “Philanthropy Week” which raised over $1,000.

As an assistant counselor at RYLA District 5810, I played a vital role in supporting the primary counselors and ensuring the smooth operation of the camp. My responsibilities included helping to organize and facilitate various leadership activities and workshops designed to develop the participants' skills. I worked closely with the campers, providing guidance, encouragement, and support throughout their experience. One of my key duties was to assist in the planning and execution of daily schedules, ensuring that all activities ran on time and that participants were engaged and motivated. I also helped to mediate any conflicts that arose, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for everyone.Additionally, I took on the role of a mentor, sharing my own experiences and insights with the campers to inspire and motivate them.
