As the VP of User Experience Design, I successfully created a strategic design plan to guide the company through its product development, design, and testing. This plan was fully embraced by senior leadership. Second, oversaw all UX design work being done by our team of five designers, one animator, one copywriter, and three UX researchers. This work included a full design system, standards for accessibility, as well as numerous data visualizations with gamification aspects. Third I successfully worked directly with the head of R&D and the director of data science to develop new ideas, including, Evie’s first insights frameworks, sedentary tracking, and advanced sleep tracking.
