Was assigned to NSF INCLUDES (~$15M budget), a newly created program that uses social innovation to bring diversity into STEM. • Conducted the first ever portfolio analysis for NSF INCLUDES, a qualitative assessment of each proposal awarded in 2016. Became the go-to person for any questions related to data on the program with frequent requests from NSF leadership all the way to the Director. • Serve in the Evaluation and Technical Team of the program. Contributed to the evaluation of NSF INCLUDES by reviewing interview and focus groups protocols, theory of change model, evaluation proposals, and other outputs by the external evaluation team.• Presented an analytical study of NSF contribution on intra and interpersonal skills at the American Evaluation Association. This was the result of a team research project. • Plan and create the NSF INCLUDES Report to the Nation goo.gl/KYAh9w, a yearly summary of the program biggest achievements. Created a Heat Map featured in the report of the NSF INCLUDES network of over 500 institutions.

• Conducted research in early childhood development, maternal employment, childhood obesity.• Cleaned a survey on Early Childhood of over 15,000 children. The survey collected demographic, anthropometric and development data of the children and their families.• Extensive use of statistical software, including STATA and R, for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.• Collaborated with the planning process of the third round of data collection of a large longitudinal survey on early childhood in Chile.
