Generali Employee Benefits is a global network of more than 100 local insurance companies, that provides insurance as an employee benefit for multinational corporate clients. The Generali Employee Benefits Network (GEB) is the number one Employee Benefits network in the world by geographic reach and size.In my role as the Head of Global Health and Wellbeing Programs, I support multinational clients in data-driven decision making for health and wellbeing programs. I identify trends and cost drivers in their global health claim data and help them finding targeted solutions. These initiatives can help their employees stay healthy, return to health or manage chronic illness, in addition to tailored insurance plan design and plan management.

Medibank, as a private health insurer, is the largest procurer of health services in Australia. My main responsibilities were consulting with key stakeholders of corporate customers about their requirements in health and wellbeing in a solution-focused approach. I worked closely with our corporate clients to develop, plan and implement their health and wellbeing programs from early strategy stage right through to aftercare support. I was accountable to identify, develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities with new and existing corporate clients, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. My clients in this role were a wide range of business types, from a 40000 employee bank to one of Australia's leading utility companies.During my time in the role, I was also on the committee for diversity and inclusion.

As an Account manager at AccessEAP, I worked closely with organisations to ensure the mental wellbeing for their workforce through a range of Employee Assistance Programs.I assisted these companies with planning and implementing the EAP at their workplace, providing training and manager support services, counselling, critical incident support and generally raising awareness about mental wellbeing and reducing the stigma about mental health issues. During this role I worked with a variety of Australian companies, from remote male-dominated natural-resource companies, to city centre advertising agencies. This type of client variety produced a wide range of mental health issues, and so a tailored approach to our offering was vital.

My responsibilities in this role were:• Strategy planning and implementation of a process-oriented occupational health and welfare management system covering twenty distribution centers.• Closely work with the Occupational Safety Management Department in conducting facility inspections and risk assessments, then the resulting training in ergonomics and health protection.• Implementation of health promotion and wellbeing programs.• Organising nationwide proactive health trainings in all sites and departments to avoid work-related sickness absence such as general, psychiatric and musculoskeletal (especially long-term and back to work schemes).• Networking with health insurance, occupational medical care, the Employers Liability Insurance Association and health and wellbeing service providers.• Perform and organize sickness absence management reviews and employee satisfaction surveys and the management of appropriate conclusions.• Direct reporting to the CEOs and the Head of Human Resources.• Facilitate the safe and productive resettlement of employees returning from absence.

For this role I lead the marketing and sales for corporate health services in the B2B sector for eleven fitness clubs, directly reporting to the CEO and Chief Sales Executive.Consulting, concept development and implementation of occupational health trainings and health and wellbeing programs to assure ROI for business clients.Planning, conception and implementation company health days.
