This gives me a balanced view of internal and external stakeholder interaction. I've worked in Germany, Australia and the UK, in roles covering global and national workforces. In my present role, I've enjoyed developing and managing the global health and wellbeing (H&W) programmes of Generali Employee Benefits Network (GEB). I strongly believe that organisations and individuals of the work community share responsibility for employee physical and mental wellbeing.
