Recruitment & Selection and Communications Coordinator:Internal Communications:- Development and management of internal communications, events and recruitment initiatives in collaboration with marketing agency;- Collaboration and inputs to develop the Social Media annual plan and overview of the Social Media channels.Talent Attraction and Recruitment:- Management of the end to end recruitment process; - Management of curricular and IEFP internships;- Development and implementation of the company’s sourcing strategy; - Management of University relations (students and employment departments) and presence in job fairs.DEI - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:- Creation and execution of the Gender Equality Plan;- Development of the Company politics regarding inclusive recruitment approach - including implementing a program with guidelines to recruit and select new workers with disabilities; - Research and analysis of best practice regarding employment of people with disabilities, including an understanding of the Disability Employment Quotas.
