As a Magma Ambassador, I have the responsibility to connect the campus community withthe job market. I also help my colleagues to get to know more about our Talent programmes.I'm developing skills such as teamwork, problem solving and also how to play a critical rolein a dynamic company where each career path matters.

My main responsibilities are:- Participating in the promotion activities to engage and connect with students who would like to have an internship experience abroad;- Process the candidates according to their CVs and overall professional experience, working on deadlines and with the goal of achieving monthly results, while also providing a quality customer experience;- Organize and execute sessions regarding expectation setting with our candidates, once approved, to prepare them for the country, the internship opportunity and setting goals for the experience;- Manage the interns’ experience, assuring quality in AIESEC's and the company’s work.
