I am required to know my way around several programming languages, personnel recruitment and selection, strategic planning and executive management. Because of its decentralized nature, I am obliged to maintain a high level knowledge of the English language (written, spoken, read, and comprehended) to communicate with all of our company's members from 5+ different countries.
