I work with small-to-medium and commercial size businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area to understand and solve clients' business strategies and challenges. When sharing my knowledge on HP's portfolio of products and services, I consult client's how they can leverage our enterprise solutions to deliver choices that support and grow with their business. I manage and uphold current relationships with end-users and outside sales teams to ensure a high level of customer experience. Also, working with partners is a huge part of my day-to-day, so keeping excellent relationships is key to success. I build relationships with HP's current and future customers in the Small to Midsize segment in the Miami and metropolitan area. While reviewing HP’s Enterprise Group portfolio with C-Level IT executives, I consult best practices to implement IT projects with the most efficient solutions. To deliver the best experience for our customers, I collect information from messages and tailor value adding solutions to fit the needs at each growth stage of a company. I also act as an ambassador to HP's clients on new and existing HP products, solutions and services. In addition to serving as an ambassador to the Enterprise Group, I demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge on HP's offerings of Servers, Storage and Networking solutions to align them with the client’s business objectives and initiatives. I am able to execute this by proactively driving account management through customer relationship management tools such as salesforce.com. While managing accounts, I consult and articulate the HP roadmap and create awareness of the HP Enterprise Group blue print of IT Solutions. At the same time, I execute campaign follow-up and lead management to review account activities of current and potential HP customers in order to generate new business and/or up-sell opportunities.
