Responsible for improving group operations processes through digitisation, behavioural change and AI.

I am responsible for the strategy and delivery of a portfolio of programs and projects that augment the experience of customers using our business deposit and transaction accounts, including pricing. I was previously also responsible for the end-to end management of our core business transaction accounts (including the BTA, FCA, BOS, FMD, SWCA and SCA).

Leading the team responsible for risk and controls, risk in change, product governance, end-to-end process, and supplier governance - for business transaction banking products. In particular: - Merchants, - eCommerce - International payments- Domestic payments - CommBank Health.

Managing the L1 Risk team supporting the management and development of the Bank’s payments products, via Risk in Change, operational risk assessments, issues and incident management, driving the e2e RCSA process, as well as process improvement and product governance. Products include: NPP, in-store and eCommerce merchant facilities, domestic payables and receivables, international payments (inward and outward), SWIFT, digital channel product experience and transaction banking pricing.Previously covering the Bank’s business deposit and transaction account products.

Supporting the business to manage and develop a range of deposit, international payment and Pi App Bank products.

Daniel worked in the Consulting business at PwC - focused on Risk Consulting. Worked with his clients to design and implement projects; risk frameworks; controls; governance; compliance; and Enterprise Risk Management solutions that add value and align organisational effort. Capacity: consultant, advisor, independent expert, secondee, and project manager.
