CurrentSupport Omnicell's end users across offices in California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Florida, & Texas. Also support remote/field employees working remotely across the U.S.Troubleshoot & resolve a range of IT software/hardware issues in Windows 7/8.1/10 PCs, using Bomgar (recently renamed to BeyondTrust) remote connectivity software to connect to & control PCs to aide in troubleshooting as necessary.Record all issues & service requests using Cherwell ticketing system. Cherwell is a highly customizable & versatile application used across all information technology teams, including employee services, system engineering, infrastructure, business intelligence, business applications, & security.Manage users & computers in Active Directory. Manage user permissions to server file shares in virtual Windows Server 08/12/16 environments.Responsible for maintaining & tracking the Cranberry Woods office & Thorn Hill warehouse personal computer inventory. Verify asset presence/status based on Configuration Management Database (CMDB) reports generated using Cherwell search manager. Inventory management includes receiving, storing, deploying, servicing, retiring, & scrapping PC assets.Refresh employee PCs by imaging & deploying new PCs using SmartDeploy when current PC warranties expire. Depending on end-users needs based on their position requirements, IT purchases & installs software such as Microsoft Vizio, Microsoft Project, Adobe Acrobat, etc.Also continue to assist TAC department to fill scheduling gaps on evenings & weekends, working overtime for them as needed in addition to my scheduled 40 hours a week for the IT Employee Services team.
