Working on the joint venture project at Connect Plus Services between Balfour Beatty, AtkinsRealis and Egis, consisting of 800+ employees. - Managing the HR inbox, dealing and escalating all queries. - Collaborating with 3 parent companies with different policies and procedures. - Accurately maintaining and updating the employee database.- Coordinating onboarding and leavers process.- Working with the wide HR team on improving processes.- Managing annual leave and absences ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirement.- Keeping precise trackers for recruitment and contract changes.- Supporting HR metrics reporting when necessary to support data-drivendecision-making.- Note taking in employee relations meetings. - Created and now delivering HR induction to new starters. - Working with HR BP's on the creation and facilitation of trainingfor line managers such as probation, recruitment and “right to respect”. - Part of the ED&I network, participating in initiatives and contributing toprojects such as National Inclusion Week.
