- Working as DW / BI project management in the Big Data Solutions Team together with software development centers, keeping control over the different activities in order to ensure service quality levels and implementation as planned. - Definition and development of new Business Intelligence initiatives to migrate existing systems to the Big Data architecture.- Drawing / Specification solution for BI applications focused on analysis of traffic and recharge, using Oracle database technology, Unix and SAS and Datastage tools. - Execution of corrective / evolutive maintenance, manual interventions and problem investigations. Automation and tuning processes aiming the improvement in the delivery of the information to the business areas. - Analysis of technological solutions to support the activities of the business areas, according to the standards processes, availability, parameterization and documentation. - Support the demands of business and production team areas.

- During this period, I worked in TIM Brazil client as a coordinator of the Business Support area in the Business Intelligence department (BI). This area provides not only Adhoc reports and data processing using parameters never used before, but also periodic reports (daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly) which are used by several business areas such as Fraud, Revenue Assurance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, etc. Many of the reports issued by the area are used in the accounting closing of the company. - Demands prioritization together with the TIM team. Control schedules so that all demands are met within the agreed time. - Log maintenance and care of new demands according to the users needs. - Lists creation to attend Anatel demands (the regulatory agency of the telecommunications industry).

- Analysis, maintenance, business rules configuration, functional specification of new functionalities to the Healthcare System Metavance) - EDS United States; - Requirements definition and new solutions for the billing system (reimbursement area) with the U.S. team; - Responsible for creating documents with the necessary changes for the system development and/or maintenance according to the CMMI and ISO standards; - Monitoring projects, restrictions, changes requests and deployment risks; - Acting as a support to the manager and/or to the project team to create, maintain, merge and monitor plans progress; - Provide training about the system, processes and associated tools; - Support international teams (United States, India); - Team leader regarding testing and quality; - Internal methodology application, taking into account the concerns regarding to CMMI level 5 and PMI standards;

- Project Leader of ASP System (Call Center System) and SG5 System (Electronic Attendance System – Prepaid System URA). - Analysis, development, modeling, maintenance, configuration of business rules, functional specification of new functionalities and evaluation of the Prepaid System Environment of TIM Brasil; - Test scenes preparation; - Configuration of tariffs values, tariff tests and telephone routes for prepaid subscribers. - ATM System development, which is responsible to process the recharge of prepaid telephones through financial institutions. Configuration and follow up of the following banks: Bradesco, Itaú, Unibanco, Banco do Brasil, Tecban and Banrisul. - Progressive Bonus System development, which is responsible to give monthly bonus to the prepaid subscribers according to a chosen signature plan. - Analysis and development of the Programmed Recharge System, which is a corporative plan in which a postpaid telephone is responsible for the recharge of credits of some prepaid telephones, according a contracted value. - Analysis and development of a system for mobile telephones which supplies a signature plan to prepaid subscribers (Plan Friends). - Maintenance of VCL System which is responsible to perform recharges of prepaid telephones through lottery places. - Programming using shell script, Pro*C, C and PL/SQL. Unix Operating system. - Use of PVCS Tracker and PVCS VM to control the systems versions and failures.

- Planning, analysis and data validation of legacy systems (mainframe) to perform the data migration to an Oracle database. - Data sources collection of each service. - Collection of the necessary information with the users. - Planning of the "migration machine" to each service. - Support to development analysts accumulating DBA functions. - Responsible for the daily load of System SIG (Management Information System) in Control M. - Shell scripts, SqlLoader development.

- Stock System maintenance using Forms 4.5, Report 2.5 and PL/SQL. - Definition, management and development of a Database Marketing and a Customer Care system where the main purpose was to trace the customer behavior, track their purchases and research them in order to generate marketing actions, price changes and promotions using Forms 3.0, Report 1.0, PL/SQL, Pro*C, SQL*Loader, operational system Unix.
