▪ Work cross-functionally with Partners across the Firm, developing excellent technical and soft skills▪ Coordinate meetings with C-suit clients and internal top executives▪ Assist with international travel, time and expense, and engagement lifecycle support▪ Agent of change promoting supervisor-subordinate communication to improve work quality and professional relationships▪ Develop and facilitate purpose presentations to help peers tap into their individual and teaming strengths as a Purpose Ambassador▪ Help new hires integrate into the firm and facilitate their onboarding process by providing an avenue to ask questions and virtually establish their network as a Peer Advisor▪ Promote wellness in the workplace, helping peers find constructive ways to respond to personal and professional challenges as a member of the Wellness Committee▪ Provide a space for Executive Assistants to share technical knowledge and best practices, and suggest improvement opportunities to enhance workflows as a member of the Knowledge Pods Committee▪ Facilitate feedback sessions to identify opportunities for improvement, presenting suggestions to supervisors as part of the Tucson GPS Committee▪ Facilitate transformational leadership badge classes, encouraging continuous learning and development ▪ Utilize Microsoft Office and SAP software to provide high-level support to Partners, Directors and Senior Managers
