Key Accomplishments:• Led the implementation of ISMS system and successfully received ISO 27001:2013 certification.• Oversaw all technology related issues in support of a $25 million dollar plant expansion and the simultaneous relocation of our plastic injection molding business.• Upgraded the primary data center to convert physical server environment to a VMware fault tolerant cluster. Later established a secondary data center at another business location and setup an active-active DR capability.• Designed, negotiated, and implementation of a fault tolerant Cisco Phone system including presence and collaboration. • Established a compartmentalized secure data room for collaboration between staff engineers and NASA engineers for purposes of technology transfer and application to retail products.• Designed and implemented new network concept for all locations (MPLS, LAN, WiFi, VoIP).• Supported multi-million dollar expansion in Mexico facility to upgrade an add additional lines to PCB construction line. Line was a 24X7X6 operation so the design included multiple level of redundancy and fail-over for smooth operation.• Worked with Industrial engineering to to connect multiple Allen-Bradley PLC's with sensors monitoring key manufacturing parameters to our enterprise Data Warehouse. We then created dashboards showing key metrics for display at electronic panels around the plant.• Implemented a HMI system for collecting data from non-automated production lines and integrated that solution with our Nice label system to create a “Earn a label” system at Point of manufacturing to reduce the possibility of product miss-labeling. This data was incorporated into our data warehouse to allow for unified reporting and analytics for trending and productivity analysis.

Key Accomplishments: • Worked to develop a business unit wide IT support organization with input from management and key stakeholders. • Interacted with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner. Investigated poor user satisfaction survey responses to identify areas for improvement. • Supported SAP implementation (Pre and post go-live) with focus on hardware, collaboration, and training facilities support. • Worked with our support engineering group to develop a solution to collect data from our testing rigs running in isolated networks and moving that data to production systems for analysis.

Key Accomplishments:• Spearheaded a project to review and replace the existing MPLS / Telecom contract. I was able to move the company towards a converged Video/ Voice/ MPLS network, while reducing total telecom spend by $2.4 million dollars per year while increasing bandwidth to all 41 US sites.• Initiated, designed, and implemented company-wide phone system migration from multiple different systems to a Cisco unified platform. Integrated existing Polycom video conference units.• Collaborating with our Sales management team, Connected our Cisco phone system to our Salesforce instance. • Completed a network conversion of a company purchased in bankruptcy with 5 locations. • Completed the setup and configuration of a standby DR site in Tempe AZ.• Integrated PLC’s collecting data in the manufacturing plant with our ERP to verify order quantities at point of shipment.

Key Accomplishments:• Established a regional IT organization based on a Zero-cost IT concept. Developed a strategic plan along with a resource GAP analysis, detailed budget, Job Descriptions, and staff development plan.• Spearheaded, designed and executed the relocation of key company IT resources to a data-center.• Planned and managed the integration of seven newly acquired companies into the corporate IT environment including developing specific support models, reworking home grown applications, and developing a user training plan to facilitate the migration to corporate systems.• Worked with our manufacturing group to transition truss and wall manufacturing to an electronic record system. Integrated the system with an automated cutter to cut and mark components and to send that data to a central database for reporting purposes.
