As Executive Director of the MSC Foundation, I am responsible for its administrative functions and for the programmes decided by the Foundation Board and its committees for implementation by the Secretariat.Providing strategic and operational leadership, the object of my work is to maximise the impact of the Foundation’s support for a diverse portfolio of programmes spanning marine conservation, community support, education and emergency relief.I played a core role in the Foundation’s creation, working closely with the MSC Group’s founding family to consolidate its companies’ conservation, humanitarian and emergency relief efforts.

I managed a growing range of partnerships in different fields: LEGO, Chicco, Cirque du Soleil, Technogym, Samsung, Masterchef and international starred Chefs.I developed Corporate Social Responsibility projects including a global partnership with UNICEF and the awarded programme “Get On Board For Children” that over the years collected over 10 million euros.
