Preparation and management of local and international conferences and specialized seminars up to 1300 participants - reservation of meeting rooms, congress halls, event places - booking of accommodation, transport - creating of promotial materials, leaflets, proceedings - website and social media management (WordPress, LinkedIn, Ecomail, ...)- acquisition of new clients - accounting of the event (budget, invoices) - daily communications with participants, sponsors and suppliers - preparing exhibitions, accompanying programs, social events and caterings - the main responsibility for supervising of the whole event, to satisfy client´s and participant´s expectations and to align the economic part with the budget - organizing online eventsOrganizing bussiness and conference trips - booking the most convenient flights, hotels, arranging visa, insurance, transfer - ensuring the participation at conferences, communication with organizers
