I am an established digital transformation consultant specialising in agile service delivery and service design. I have seasoned skills in both Agile management, and User Centred design and research. Over the last 15 years, I've helped companies, charities and the government create better, more engaging and innovative products and services. Using a tailored approach to product delivery – drawing on a toolkit of a wide range of agile methods and design methods to ensure these meet budgets, timeframes and most importantly user needs. Recently I have been engaged by big private sector brands such as Samsung, O2, Barclays, Sky, Boots and Santander. In the Public sector, I have worked across the Department for Work and Pensions, Department for Education, Department of Health, the NHS, COI and most recently Public Health England. My work has won a number of awards: in innovation (MCA Most Innovative Consultancy, two years running), digital strategy (RAF recruitment, Campaign) and for specific products/services (Sugar Smart: best app 2016, Herald and Digital Boost!; best product, Marketing Campaign magazine; Top of AppStore chart). I believe that where excellent service design meets customer need, successful products and services happen.
