Currently working from the Bangalore office.My proudest achievement so far is taking the horizontal organisation we had and reorganising it to vertical teams with the complete skillsets to be autonomous. The most valuable lesson I am learning is scaling from a small organisation where personal trust is sufficient to a large organisation that requires cooperation at scale between people who seldom meet. Currently, I am located in Bangalore to help promote a single culture and improved communication and understanding within the global company. As a part of that, I am focusing on building up a culture of quality and auto testing within the company as a whole.In addition, I:- Supported the team through consistent high-double-digit yearly customer growth and turning market launches into a routine event.- Introduced a continuous integration and testing pipeline to our app.- Started an Agile Center of Excellence to train and discuss with all leaders in the product development organisation in best practices of empowered agile.- Started a QA Center of Excellence to evolve the role of QA to the next level.

My proudest achievement was being the person on the ground, guiding the engineers through year after year of tripple and high double-digit consistent customer growth, including a string of new market launches.The most valuable lesson I learned was how to take a cross-cultural, cross-continent team of engineers and turn them into a cohesive, trusting unit that delivered fantastic results.More specifically, I:- Led the end-to-end development of the 2.0 version of the Nextory app in sync with the company's first ever TV commercial.- From January 2020, I also took on the job as BI manager and grew the Nextory BI organisation from a single person doing analysis to a team with documented ways of working with a functioning Data Warehouse- Introduced clear role descriptions to support transparent performance evaluations for all engineering roles.

My proudest achievement was being part of the team that in one shot enabled all Swedish university staff to use parallel Matlab on all of the major Swedish university supercomputers, a complex and first of its kind sale at MathWorks.The most valuable lesson I learned was how to dive in behind the requirements and really understand the true need of the end user.In addition, I:- Taught clean and advanced Matlab in lecture form and most major universities and engineering companies of the Nordics. - Build demos of GPU data processing, both with Matlab code and in CUDA.- Led a cross-territory group working to increase sales in the medical device industry.

My proudest achievement was building a complete MATLAB model of the signal processing chain and the instrument-rail interaction of a novel speed measuring device at Bombardier based on eddy currents. The Signal to noise ratio was 1 part signal to 1 million parts non-normal noise.The most valuable lesson I learned was delivering consistently on time and fulfilling both the intent and the letter of the contract.In addition, I supervised a masters thesis project to build a car speed measurement device based on only on optical feedback in a regular laser diode.

My proudest achievement was being lead engineer for the PeriCam PSI product that I took from pre-study to product launch, and it is still actively being sold.The most valuable lesson I learned was the importance of creating designs that are easy to produce and require minimal service.In addition I:- Project managed the development of the PeriFlux 6000 system for 6 months.- Designed the detector optics and the automated test / calibration software for the PeriScan PIM-3 blood flow imager
