Colombia

I was entrusted with the task of establishing a volunteers program that aimed to recruit & manage around 3000 volunteers. I carried out the needs assessment (HR, IT, Operational Requirements etc) and drafted the volunteers’ program project plan, the business process and the program’s branding guidelines. I also offered support on the community outreach.

Prior to the games I was entrusted with the task of following up and coordinating the construction of the hospitality suites as per the games project plan. I was predominantly responsible for scheduling and expediting of venue logistics and set-up of the suites through the main contractor. I was also in charge of selecting the cultural events taking place.
